Send-Off Report - use this report when a red card is shown to a player or coach.
Head Injury Notification - this form is completed when a concussion is suspected.
Referee reports for League and Tournament games should be submitted within 24 hours.  Confiscated player cards are given to the referee assignor to send to AYSA.

Becoming a Better Referee
The key to improving as a referee is practice.  Do as many games as you are able.  Every referee makes mistakes and has games where they wish they had performed better.  Don't let bad calls overwhelm you.  It's also helpful to watch soccer.  Observe what seasoned referees do in situations where you think you need guidance.  Don't try to do everything at once.  Pick a few areas to focus on improving.
