2011 GYSA Academy team assessment schedule (tryouts) is included on the UNITED Assessments tab.
The year long season runs August through April with a Winter break.
Uniforms – Adidas full kit includes, Home and Away uniform, warm up jacket, warm up pants, and team back pack. Cost is approximately $280.
Practice - 2 x week
Games - will be played against other club's Academy teams. Home games at GYSA Complex and Away games as well.
6 games per each half of the season (season runs Aug-Dec and Jan-April)
Tournaments – 3 per year (Winter Academy Festival, Ft. Lowell OR Ostrich Festival, and Spring Academy Festival) at approximately $35 per player for each tournament (ranges from $25-$40 per depending on the tournament and how many players on the team)
Parents/Coaches/Players will abide by GYSA Code of Conduct and GYSA United Handbook.
